(like “Tasha” without the “T”)
Asha realized her knack for creative expression after writing an award-winning D.A.R.E. essay in 6th grade, and then another for her sister the following year. (Hey - it was ghost-writing, not plagiarism!). She then continued to write for herself and others with the likes of maid-of-honor speeches, tribute video scripts, apology letters, and a poem eulogizing Michael Jackson.
For over 10 years, she has worked in the financial services industry, spending an inordinate amount of time saying, "It's ASHA - Like Tasha without the T". She most enjoyed the creative outlets of writing articles, executive speeches, website copy, and training materials, so she decided to pursue that work through Cognition.
Asha earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of WI- Stevens Point. She lives in Milwaukee, WI with her husband and two beautiful children who will someday write their own D.A.R.E. essays and Michael Jackson poetry.
